Turkey Taco Wraps


2/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
6 (8 inch) (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese or Cheddar cheese
1/2 pound thinly sliced deli turkey breast

1. In a bowl, combine the sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread over tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with turkey; roll up. Serve with salsa if desired.

Taco Seasoning: Old El Paso sells containers of Taco Seasoning to sprinkle on. This is better than buying an envelope of taco seasoning to make hamburger into taco filling.

You can also make these wraps with roast beef from the deli.

I have taken these wraps and cut them into small pieces and held them together with toothpicks to serve as Hors'doeurves
