Tuna Wrap

1 6oz can of tuna in water or oil, drained

1/2 cup of chopped celery

1/3 of a cup of each;

chopped onion and piminto stuffed olives

1/4 cup of light mayo

1/2 medium head of iceberg lettce. shredded

Four 8 to 9 inch burrito size tortillas

Mix tuna, celery, onion, olives and mayo in a medium bowl. Fold in lettuce

Spoon tuna mixture down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese on either side of the mixture.

Lightly coat a large non-stick pan with cooking spray.  Cook each tortilla over medium heat for about 2 minutes, until underside is golden brown.
