Fruit Dip

Summer time is the best time for In-Season fruits.

Fruits need to be used up within a few days of purchase. They make a wonderful dessert  on the boat. They are even more special if you serve them with a dip.

Here are a couple of good ones;

7 oz    Fluff marshmallow crème

1 8oz package of cream cheese

2 tablespoons of OJ concentrate or fresh from the orange—not reconstituted oj.

1 ½ tsp of grated orange zest.

Beat together with an electric mixer and refrigerate.

Serve with any kind of fruit, cut into small pieces.  Cantaloupe, grapes, honeydew melon, apples, oranges, bananas, strawberries, etc.

 

Below is another one that uses cherry yogurt but really any flavor will do.

 

8 oz package of cream cheese

6 oz container of cherry yogurt

8 oz container of Cool Whip topping

7 oz Fluff marshmallow crème.

Beat cream cheese and yogurt together

Fold in Cool Whip and Fluff

Serve with fruit.
