Zucchini Crab Cakes

This is a great way to use up some of those zucchini that are flourishing in the garden in the summer. No crab? No problem. You don't need any. But these are tasty!

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups grated zucchini
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup minced onion
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning TM
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying
